UK & Overseas Shipping
For orders to mainland UK:
All orders will be dispatched next working day for all orders placed by 11AM Monday to Friday.
Orders placed after 11AM on Friday will be dispatched on Monday with the exception of Bank holidays in which case they will be dispatched the next working day.
All orders are shipped FREE of charge. We ship with Royal Mail 2nd Class who aim to deliver in 3 to 5 working days.
If next day delivery is required please contact us (firstname.lastname@example.org) to upgrade to next day courier delivery.
We use both Royal Mail and other couriers to deliver our parcels within the UK.
For International delivery time frames and costs please contact us first for us to be able to provide you with an accurate cost and delivery time.
14 DAY RETURNS POLICY
Statutory Rights and Refunds
THE RIGHTS OF CANCELLATION AND REFUND AND ANY LIMITATION EXPRESSED IN THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS DO NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS AS A CONSUMER.
Due to health and hygiene regulations, no exchanges or returns on nail polishes can be accepted for any reason (unless faulty or damaged).
Should you wish to return a faulty or damaged item, in the first instance please email email@example.com.
Products returned by you within the “seven-day cooling-off period” will be refunded in full, including the cost of sending the item to you, if applicable. Saffron Cosmetics will not be responsible for the cost of returning the item.
When a return has been authorised, it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the product is packaged securely to prevent any damage during the returns process. Failure to do so may affect the ultimate resolution offered, at our discretion.
If your item was purchased in error, or you have simply changed your mind see below the following requirements:
- Saffron Cosmetics must be notified within 14 days of you receiving the item that you intend to return it. All relevant returns information will be provided at this time.
- The item must be returned at the buyers cost (if purchased in error) in original re-saleable condition with all tags and packaging (ready to be put back on the shelf). Products returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full.
- The item is securely packed to ensure it is received in original and re-saleable condition.
- The item(s) are not opened, used, worn or damaged, and are in perfect condition when received. All items are sold as new and must be returned in the same condition.
- Do not write or attach anything on the item itself or its packaging. Please only write or place postage stickers on the outer postage packaging.
- If the arrives as damaged please contact our customer service with a picture and we will resolve this matter for you.
- When receiving your item via the courier, the goods must be signed as CONTENTS NOT EXAMINED or if the goods appear damaged on arrival then please sign …..GOODS DAMAGED, this allows you 48 hours to inspect the goods and if necessary then make a claim.
- If the Item is not return as noted above, a revised refund amount may be required.
- Refunds in relation to products may only be credited to the credit or debit card or PayPal account originally used to make the purchase. If we are unable to put the refund through on this card or account for any reason, we will try to contact you to discuss alternative arrangements.
It can take up to 10 days for us to receive your return, depending on which postal service you use. Refunds are usually processed on the day of receipt. Please allow a further week for the amount to show back in your account.
Please send us an email stating your website order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our Customer Service team will try to respond to your email within 48 hours.
Returns are accepted in line with our warranty conditions.
